§ Miss HerbisonThe trade dispute disqualification for unemployment benefit in Section 22(1) of the National Insurance Act 1965 is only one of the matters which the Royal Commission on Trade Unions and Employers' Associations are considering and I would refer the hon. Member to the Answer that my hon. Friend the Joint Parliamentary Secretary to the Minister of Labour Rave to the right hon. Member for Mitcham (Mr. R. Carr) earlier today about the publication of their report.
