Teelingasked the Secretary of State for Foreign Affairs, in view of the official application by Hungary and Rumania to do business with the World Bank with only trades with countries who have paid their debts, if he will inform the World Bank of the amount of money these two countries owe to the United Kingdom on bond issues and of the offers they have so far made to repay them.
