§ 64. Mr. Coeasked the Secretary of State for Foreign Affairs what progress has been made in negotiations between the United Kingdom and the Union of 117W Soviet Socialist Republics towards the signing of a treaty of friendship and peaceful co-operation.
§ Mr. George BrownI have given very careful thought to the form and content of the treaty and am sending a senior Foreign Office official to Moscow to join with Her Majesty's Ambassador in communicating our ideas to the Soviet Government later this week.
