§ Mr. J. P. W. MallalieuI presume my hon. Friend has in mind B.E.A.'s proposals for various helicopter services, including one between Heathrow and central London. To the extent that B.E.A. require my right hon. Friend's approval for the scheme it has not yet been sought and his view has been that he should 57W not intervene until a decision has been taken on the Corporation's application to the G.L.C. for planning permission to construct a new heliport. I can, however, assure my hon. Friend that the public interest, including in particular the noise implications, is being fully borne in mind.
