§ Mr. Cledwyn HughesThe grants issued to Glamorgan County Council were based on the estimates supplied by the Council, who are responsible for the distribution of the grant among the local authorities within the county. I consider that the grant which I have made is reasonable for the work programmed in the current year in the county as a whole.
