Mr. Arthur Lewisasked the Prime Minister whether, in view of the fact that Ministers received an almost 100 per cent. increase in their salaries recently, he will, for the period of the Government's wage and salary standstill, end the additional first-class subsistence and travel fare payments received by Ministers.
