§ Mr. Hector Hughesasked the President of the Board of Trade if he will state his plans for enabling the tourist interests of Scotland to be represented and promoted at the forthcoming United Nations International Tourist Year 1967.
§ Mr. MasonThe General Assembly of the United Nations, now meeting in New York, has not yet considered the recommendation that 1967 should be designated as "International Tourist Year". If the recommendation is adopted, the British Travel Association will consult the Scottish Tourist Board on suitable measures to mark the occasion.
