§ Mr. Frederick LeeWhere the Crown Agents for Oversea Governments and Administrations, or exceptionally the Ministry of Overseas Development, are asked to produce candidates for such posts, their integrity and suitability would be carefully assessed before the names were submitted to the organisations concerned.
