§ Mr. SwinglerWork is proceeding on the preparation of draft regulations, but as my hon. Friend the Member for Meriden (Mr. Rowland) was informed on 22nd June, it is unlikely that my right hon. Friend will be able to make regulations this year.—[Vol. 730, c.79.]
