§ 106. Mr. George Jegerasked the Minister of Transport whether she is aware of the British Transport Docks Board proposal to raise by 33⅓ per cent. the dock dues on vessels loading coal at the port of Goole; and whether she will advise the Board in the light of the Prices and Incomes Act to cancel this increase which will add to the price of coal and adversely affect the trade of the port.
§ Mr. SwinglerThe Board has assured my right hon. Friend that it will not withdraw the concessionary rate now enjoyed by colliers at Goole while to do so would conflict with the Government's prices and incomes policy.
