asked the Minister of Health what are the figures for road accident casualties treated by King's Lynn and West Norfolk and King's Lynn General hospitals in each of the last three years; and what evidence he has of an increase in serious injuries.

Road accident casualties in the King's Lynn area are referred to the West Norfolk and King's Lynn Hospital. The figures for 1963, 1964 and 1965 were 502, 482 and 555 respectively. The numbers of patients too seriously injured to be treated as outpatients were 188, 198 and 258.
