§ Mrs. Shirley WilliamsAt 10th October, 1966, there were 4,384 male and 524 female registered disabled persons registered as unemployed at Employment Exchanges and Youth Employment Offices in Wales. The numbers included 915 males and 92 females who were suitable for employment only under sheltered conditions.
