Mr. Woodburnasked the Lord President of the Council what steps he has taken to implement that part of the last Report from the Select Committee 67W on Procedure which recommends rearrangement of business, in agreement with the Opposition, so that Members can be sure of a definite and early hour of rising every Thursday night.
