§ 34. Sir J. Gilmourasked the Secretary of State for Scotland whether he is aware that the Tay Road Bridge Joint Board intends to close the bridge during certain hours of darkness to pedestrians wishing to use the crossing; and whether he will ensure that they do not do so.
