§ 13. Mr. Buchananasked the Secretary of State for Scotland what representations he has received from the General Teaching Council similar in substance to the objection of the Scottish Secondary Teachers Association to registration with the Council or any other proposals for amendment of the Teaching Council (Scotland) Act 1965 or associated enactments or Statutory Instruments; and what reply he has sent.
§ Mr. MillanI met representatives of the Council on 4th November for an exchange of views on matters bearing on the establishment of the register of teachers, but my right hon. Friend has no statement to make at present.
