Mr. Alan Lee Williamsasked the Minister of Public Building and Works whether he will consider improving the refreshment facilities in the Royal Parks of St. James and Greenwich bringing them up to the standard provided in Regent's Park, and consider rebuilding the existing refreshment buildings with a view to allowing these establishments to cater for lunch, dinner and licensed drinks.
§ Mr. BoydenPreliminary planning is already in hand to replace the existing "Cake House" in St. James's Park. We will arrange for the facilities in Greenwich Park to be reviewed.
