§ Mr. Buckasked the Secretary of State for the Home Department what action was taken by his Department following the discovery of clandestine printing operations in Wormwood Scrubs Prison.
§ Mr. Roy JenkinsA duplicated magazine, "New Horizon", is produced at Wormwood Scrubs by and for the prisoners. On one occasion it was discovered that a single copy of this had been improperly produced by tampering with one of the stencils.
The stencils are now destroyed as soon as the magazine has been run off.
