Mr. Bradley

asked the Minister of Transport when she will publish the results of the research being conducted by her Department into the comparative costs of rail and road transport.

Mr. Swingler

We do not now expect to receive the first results of the studies before the end of the year. We hope to publish a report on this part of the study early in 1967.
