§ 100. Sir W. Teelingasked the Postmaster-General what protection he will give the residents of Brighton against mistakes made by the Brighton Post Office; and if he will appoint a public relations officer to the Brighton Post Office to provide a better service.
§ Mr. Joseph SlaterWe do all we can to avoid mistakes and we always try to find and remove the cause whenever a mistake is brought to notice. I have no reason to think that the Brighton Post Office is not in general giving a good service, but as part of an experiment in a number of the larger towns a postal service representative will shortly be appointed at Brighton to help with our customers' problems.
