§ 62. Dr. Winstanleyasked the Minister of Housing and Local Government if he will introduce legislation to give the local authorities powers to make grants to 54W householders for sound-proofing their houses in the neighbourhood of municipally-owned airports.
§ Mr. MellishMy right hon. Friend does not think this would be justified since conditions near municipal airports are very different from those at Heathrow where the British Airports Authority now have power to pay grants.
