§ Mr. Biggs-Davisonasked the Secretary of State for Commonwealth Relations whether he will publish at the earliest opportunity such information as he receives about agreements entered into by other Commonwealth countries in Africa or else where with the European Econouic Community.
§ Mr. BottomleyAny agreement between a Commonwealth country and the European Economic Community would no doubt be published by the Community and the Commonwealth country concerned. I understand from my right hon. Friend the President of the Board of Trade that it is normal practice for information about agreements of interest to British exporters to be published in he Board of Trade Journal.
