§ Mr. RossAmalgamation of holdings has been taking place as opportunity offers. To facilitate this I am prepared to give tenants of uneconomical small holdings leases of their houses if they relinquish their land for amalgamation with other units. Where the tenant is elderly I am prepared to lease the house on special terms.
