Mr. Leadbitter

asked the First Secretary of State and Secretary of State for Economic Affairs what has been the amount of public expenditure on new buildings and works in 1964–65 in the Northern Region as laid down in Table 8.9 of the National Plan; and how this compares with the pattern in other regions.
