Mr. BeanThere has been considerable residential development in the Greenisland area and the postal services were remodelled last October. As a result the times for completion of the first and second deliveries were brought forward. The delays referred to in the how and learned Member's communication have been caused by heavy sick absences among the regular staff in recent months, and difficulties in obtaining temporary staff to fill the gaps.
