§ Mr. John MorrisAs far as cars abandoned on roads are concerned, I would refer the hon. Member to the answer given on 28th April to the hon. Member for Woolwich, West (Mr. Hamling). The disposal of cars abandoned elsewhere is a108W matter for my right hon. Friend the Minister of Housing and Local Government; his Department issued a circular to local authorities in February of last year which has led, in many cases, to improved arrangements for dealing with this problem.
