§ 24. Mr. Dribergasked the Secretary of State for the Home Department how soon he expects to be able to complete his reconsideration of the case of C. H. Williams, 434, Dartmoor, in the light of the second memorandum on this case submitted to him by Mr. John Foot; and if, in this connection, he will bear in mind the recommendation in paragraph 145 of the Donovan Report.
§ Mr. Roy JenkinsI have given further careful consideration to this case in the light of this memorandum and of further inquiries which I have made, but as I have explained to my hon. Friend I have been unable to find any ground on which I should be justified in referring it to the Court of Criminal Appeal or in taking any other action.
