§ Mr. Biggs-Davisonasked the Secretary of State for Commonwealth Relations whether, having regard to his responsibility towards Rhodesia, he will make representations to the Government of Zambia against the use of the Zambia Broadcasting Corporation for incitements to disorder in Rhodesia.
