§ Mr. PrenticeBursaries on the lines of the grants made to recognised postgraduate students at university departments of education will be available from the Schools to all students on postgraduate courses who are normally resident in the U.K. and who are unable to obtain Research Council studentships or comparable support from elsewhere.
