§ 56. Sir W. Anstruther-Grayasked the Minister of Transport whether she proposes to extend the period of the 70 miles per hour experiment beyond the original date of 13th April.
§ Sir Clive Bossomasked the Minister of Transport if she will now give an assurance that the 70 miles per hour speed limit experiment, introduced to deal with the problem of accidents during the winter months, will not be continued after 13th April.
§ Mrs. CastleI am awaiting further information about the working of the experiment before reaching a decision. I explained in the debate on 23rd February that I did not expect to be able to announce my decision before the middle of this month.
