§ Mr. Priorasked the Minister of Agriculture, Fisheries and Food what was the outcome of the negotiations between his Department and the Institution of Professional Civil Servants on the question of the pay cuts operating upon 1962 Open Competition entrants for Drainage and Water Supplies; and if he is aware that failure to deal with this question is causing continued anxiety.
