§ Mr. CrossmanAs envisaged in the White Paper on Leisure in the Countryside, Ministers will shortly be asking the bodies controlling reservoirs to review 189W their present rules with a view to allowing greater public access to reservoirs and gathering grounds and to submit a statement of their future arrangements.
