§ Mr. RossMaximum resale prices of electricity for domestic purposes were first fixed by the Scottish Electricity Boards on 1st July, 1965. These prices, which still apply, are as follows:
North of Scotland Hydro-Electric Board
A charge per unit 0.25d. more than the lowest rate in the Board's domestic tariff, with the addition of a charge of not more than 4d. for each day on which the supply is made available
South of Scotland Electricity Board
(a) Either (i) a charge per unit of not more than one-eighth of a penny above the lowest price per unit in the Board's tariff applicable t3 the supply from which the electricity is teing resold,
or (ii) a charge per unit of not more than one-eighth of a penny above the lowest price per unit in the Board's domestic tariff, whichever is the higher; with the addition of
(b) a charge of not more than 4d. for each day on which the supply is made available.
