asked the Minister of Agriculture, Fisheries and Food whether he will publish a White Paper on the effect the entry of the United Kingdom into the European Economic Community will have upon horticulture in this country.

No. The Community's horticultural regulations are not complete, but in any case their effect upon British horticulture, in the event of our joining the Community, would be influenced by the terms of entry.
