§ Mr. Carol Johnsonasked the Minister of Housing and Local Government, in view of the fact that technological changes in agriculture, particularly with regard to ploughing, are making amendment of the law of rights of way a matter of urgency, whether he will introduce a separate Bill on this subject in advance of the Countryside Bill.
§ Mr. CrossmanFurther discussions with interested bodies are required. But in principle I do not think that the question of rights of way ought to be considered in isolation from other problems of the countryside.
