§ Mr. Corfieldasked the Minister of Housing and Local Government if he will publish in the OFFICIAL REPORT details of local government projects already approved which are now to be deferred in the light of the Government's new economic measures.
§ Mr. CrossmanI shall apply the measures announced in my right hon. Friend the Prime Minister's statement on 20th July to projects for which formal loan sanctions have not yet been issued. I have no power to revoke loan sanctions once given but I look to local authorities, where they are not contractually committed, to refer wherever they can projects already sanctioned.
