§ Mr. SwinglerThe route of this section has been fixed and my right hon. Friend has recently published a draft Order to provide for alterations to some of the existing highways and private accesses affected. We shall complete all the statutory procedures, including land acquisition, as soon as possible, but until they are further advanced it is not possible to say when construction will start.
