Sir G. de Freitasasked the Secretary of State for Foreign Affairs approximately what proportion of the recommendations of the most recent meetings of the Assemblies of the Council of Europe, of Western European Union and of the North Atlantic Treaty Organisation Parliamentarians Conference, respectively, have been accepted by Her Majesty's Government.
§ Mr. George ThomsonThese recommendations are addressed to the member Governments collectively. The recommendations from the recent Assemblies are now being considered by the inter-governmental Councils of the three organisations. I am unable, therefore, to say how many will be accepted.
