§ Mr. John MorrisYes. After consultation with my right hon. Friend the Secretary of State for Wales, my right hon. Friend is arranging for the appropriate form to be printed for completion in Welsh. When available, it will be obtainable on request from Motor Taxation Offices in Wales and Monmouthshire. Applications made on the form in in Welsh will be accepted only at these offices.
