§ Mr. MellishIt can be a convenience for an incoming tenant to be able to buy furniture in this way. To demand excessive prices in such sales is an offence under existing law, and my right hon. Friend is not satisfied that amendment is needed. He will be glad to consider any evidence that my hon. Friend may like to send him.
