§ Mrs. Shirley WilliamsUp to 24th June, the number of workers receiving payments was 5,675 representing about 0.26 per cent. of the insured population in Scotland. The comparable percentage for England and Wales was 0.22 per cent. The total of payments made in Scotland was £1,164,821.
