§ Mr. George ThomsonNone. Our policy in the Yemen remains one of non-involvement. As I told the House on 13th December, it is our hope that the Yemenis themselves will be able to achieve a peaceful settlement of the conflict.
§ Mr. Dodds-Parkerasked the Secretary of State for Foreign Affairs what action is being taken by Her Majesty's Government, directly or through the United Nations, to help those who have suffered from the war in the Yemen.
§ Mr. George ThomsonThe international Committee of the Red Cross have been active in relief work in the Yemen. Her Majesty's Government make an annual contribution of £10,000 to the International Committee's administrative expenses.
