HC Deb 21 February 1966 vol 725 c10W
Mr. G. Campbell

asked the Secretary of State for Foreign Affairs if he will make a statement on the proceedings of the Disarmament Committee in Geneva.

Mr. George Thomson

The Committee reconvened on 27th January and has so far held seven plenary sessions.

The Committee has been having a general debate on disarmament and arms control. It is now moving on to discuss the special issue of non-proliferation of nuclear weapons.

Copies of the principal statements made so far by the leader of the British delegation, my noble Friend Lord Chalfont, have been placed in the Library.
