§ Mr. CroslandThe Chairman, Sir John Newsom, has already been appointed. I can now inform the House that Professor David Donnison, Professor of Social Administration at the London School of Economics, has accepted my286W invitation to serve as Vice-Chairman. Thirteen members have also accepted invitations to serve on the Commission.
In addition I intend to invite an industrialist to become a member. I hope to announce his name soon.
