§ 80. Mr. Buchanan-Smithasked the Minister of Agriculture, Fisheries and Food whether tests for leptospirosis were carried out on the Charolais cattle, which have been recently imported, whilst the cattle were in quarantine in France.
§ Mr. PeartNo. Tests were carried out before entry into quarantine in France 249W and none of the cattle admitted showed reactions, The conditions for any further importation are at present being reviewed.
