PannellThe Committee of Members which advises me on Works of Art in the House of Commons recently recommended that no action should be taken to alter the spelling of the word "Edinborough" as it is part of a beautiful piece of calligraphy over 40 years old and could not be altered without detriment to its appearance. The cost would be negligible.
