§ Mr. S. C. Silkinasked the Secretary of State for the Home Department whether, in view of the Second Reading of the Sexual Offences (No. 2) Bill, he will now review individually the cases of all offenders serving sentences for offences which, if the Bill were now law, would have been protected from criminal proceedings.
