asked the Secretary of State for Scotland when he intends to introduce legislation arising from the Hunter Report on trout protection.

Protection of trout could not usefully be dealt with in isolation from the many other recommendations in the Report of the Hunter Committee. On this I cannot add to what my right hon. Friend said in the Answer which he gave on 7th December to the hon. Member for Moray and Nairn (Mr. G. Campbell).—[Vol. 737, c.309.]
