§ Mr. Edward ShortAs I indicated in my reply to my hon. and learned Friend on 30th November I shall not be issuing next year any special issue relating solely to Scotland. It is possible that designs depicting Scottish flora, paintings or discoveries will appear in the British series that I have announced but it is too early yet to say.—[Vol. 737, c.97.]
