Mr. Carol Johnson

asked the Minister of Land and Natural Resources what action he has taken to ensure that the application forms for registration set out in Schedule 1 of the Commons Registration (General) Regulations 1966, which come into operation on 2nd January 1967, will be available for intending applicants at and from that date; and what publicity is being given to this action.

Supplies of these forms were sent to all county councils, county borough councils and the Greater London Council at the beginning of this month. By advertisements in the local press these authorities have made it widely known that the forms can be obtained from their offices.

All local authorities, including parish councils, have been informed that application forms are now available
