§ Mr. Goronwy RobertsIn July my hon. Friend the Minister of State received a deputation from the Residential Colleges Committee which represents the five long-term Residential Adult Colleges including Coleg Harlech. The deputation requested higher capital and maintenance grants and my hon. Friend undertook to re-examine their case; but they have now ben informed that there is no prospect of an increase. This is in no sense a reflection on the work of the Colleges concerned which is well known and appreciated by the Department.
